As a Senior Sales Associate at Kriips Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and retaining new customers for our innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales deals in the field, building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience , excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to pitch, close deals, and drive software subscription growth through field visits and strategic customer engagement. Role & responsibilities Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including field sales, cold calling, networking, social selling, and email marketing. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Demonstrations: Effectively demonstrate Kriips Technologies' software offerings to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiations: Conduct successful negotiations with customers to close deals on favorable terms. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue performance. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to achieve sales targets and provide valuable customer insights. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets . Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS software sales . Experience in selling to restaurants or hospitality clients is a strong advantage . Excellent field sales and negotiation skills . Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint , Excel , Canva , and Zoho Bigin . Basic technical knowledge and ability to explain software features clearly. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
