Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive and Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting products/services, and driving revenue growth while ensuring brand visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Create engaging content and marketing materials to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,042.00 - ₹33,227.20 per month
