Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales & Marketing Professional in the construction industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with various stakeholders, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities in construction and related sectors. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients. - Developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth. - Leading client negotiations, proposals, and contract closures. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends. - Coordinating with internal teams for seamless project execution. - Planning and executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand positioning activities. - Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing client feedback for repeat business. - Tracking and reporting sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
