Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Polygranite India is a leading brand in high-quality wall panels, interior solutions, and durable decorative materials trusted across residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team and drive brand presence, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions and segments (dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and retail customers).
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Promote Polygranite India’s full product range with strong product knowledge and customer handling skills.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured planning and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key market influencers.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for strategy improvement.
• Manage social media promotions, digital marketing content, and brand communication (optional depending on role).
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer feedback, and market analytics to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 5–6years in building materials, interior products, hardware, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage field activities efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field sales).
