Job Description

1. Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for Polygranite India’s range of wall panels, PVC products, and interior solutions.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Plan and execute field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate leads.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and negotiation.

B. Market Development

  • Identify new dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
  • Expand Polygranite India’s market presence in assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features.

C. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
  • Provide timely support, product information, and after-sales assistance.

D. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily visit reports, lead reports, and sales MIS.
  • Update CRM or reporting tools as per company guidelines.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.

E. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and marketing team for order processing.
  • Ensure timely payments collection as per company policy.
  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and on-ground promotional activities.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in building materials / hardware / interior products (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

4. Performance Targets

  • Monthly Sales Target: As per territory allocation (to be provided individually).
  • Dealer/Distributor Appointment: 2–5 new partners per quarter.
  • LANGUAGE -HINDI , ODIA , TELUGU
