Senior Executive Sale & marketing
Responsibilities
Responsible for Monitoring Customer service systems for international marketing and sales of our Product
Receiving Purchase order from the customers, confirming the order with delivery date & acknowledge.
To get all the commercial and technical clarification from the customer.
Interact with Technical team internal Coordination with QA/QC Dept. for Quality Issues and for pending payments 7 C
Forms with Finance Dept.
For all Customer Communications for delivery updates etc.
Coordination with the customer regarding shipment
Dispatch the ordered material to customer on time
Support customer for any shut down/emergency requirements.
Replace the material in case of any rejections.
On-line Vendor Registration/Supplier Registration/ Pre- Qualification
Maintain good relationship with all Customers.
Responsible for excellent Customer service and export INCOTERMS and Export \ Documentation.
Able to Maintain filling Systems and basic databases.
Responsible for fixing the best freight forwarder for shipment in terms of prices, fasters & Best delivery
Negotiating with various freight forwarders for dispatch of materials to achieve the best Price for clients.
Negotiation with Freight Forwarders for best prices for shipment and as well coordination with them for various shipping & Air Freight costs as well for various orginal documents
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Role in supporting the organizations so they can grow their markets through innovative Marketing.
Keeps materials ready by coordinating with various departments for smooth functioning
Responsible for Conversion of inquiries to orders existing & new distributions by assisting and coordinating for increase sales, marketing and Promotion.
Prepare reports and submit it to the Region Manager(international)as per Instruction
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
Authorities
Authorization to negotiate and finalize terms with customers regarding commercial and technical clarifications.
Decision-making authority to coordinate with QA/QC Dept. for quality issues and pending payments/C-Forms with Finance Dept.
Authority to communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and coordination of shipments.
Authorization to dispatch ordered materials to customers on time.
Authority to replace rejected materials as necessary.
