· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in loan sales or financial product marketing
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
· Familiarity with loan lifecycle, eligibility criteria, and KYC norms
· Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction
· Basic computer proficiency
