Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at ServCrust, your role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the construction industry. Your key responsibilities include: - Visiting active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments to identify sales opportunities. - Promoting and selling construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals. - Educating potential clients about ServCrust's product portfolio and highlighting key value propositions. - Proactively generating and qualifying sales leads through regular field visits. - Maintaining an up-to-date database of industry contacts and tracking sales activities. - Ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome). - For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory. - Ownership and ability to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
