Designation- Senior RPA Developer

Location- Bangalore

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with RPA tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead automation initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Create reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Ensure bots are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Process Analysis & Design
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and define solution architecture.
• Document workflows, exception handling, and standard operating procedures.
• Solution Delivery
• Lead the full automation lifecycle: requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ensure proper integration with existing systems (ERP, CRM, legacy apps, APIs, etc.).
• Maintain high-quality standards with code reviews, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and IT teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance on automation strategy and governance.
• Support & Maintenance
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing RPA solutions.
• Implement change requests, enhancements, and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of total IT experience with at least 3–5 years in RPA development.
• Hands-on expertise in UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, Python, or Java (for custom activities).
• Experience with orchestrators, queues, scheduling, and exception handling.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Ensure scalability, exception handling, and integrations with ERP, APIs, etc.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize bots in production.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration into RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
• Exposure to cloud RPA platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Certification in UiPath Advanced Developer or equivalent.

Soft Skills

• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
