We’re proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices. Remove impediments to the team’s progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Track and report team metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.). Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles. Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams. Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus). Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple teams is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience in large-scale Agile environments. Background in software development or project management. Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello.
