Your responsibilities will include posting vacancies on portals and networking within a specific time frame. You will be screening candidates to ensure that their qualifications align with the job requirements and presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates. Additionally, you will be making proactive calls to build relationships and expand the internal database of cleared candidates for our clients" requirements. Your role will involve obtaining leads, reviewing resumes, cultivating referrals, and screening candidates to advance the interview process promptly. The ideal candidate for this role should have a graduate or master's degree with 1-2 years of recruitment experience. Excellent communication skills and IT recruitment experience are essential. A positive attitude, confidence, flexibility, and target-oriented mindset are qualities that we value. You should be operationally efficient, with the ability to establish and follow processes effectively. Your responsibilities will involve handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle with diligence and professionalism.,
