Job Description

  • Primary interface of the bank with the customer as well as the channels for business sourcing

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned targets and productivity requirements - meet the threshold targets on monthly basis
  • Generate potential business leads from sourcing channels, follow up and bring it to closure
  • Assess customer profile, visit customer's place, collect necessary documentation and recommend customers to credit for approval
  • Ensure physical delivery of vehicle from the dealer/channel partner - stay vigilant about asset jumping/over pricing etc.
  • Follow up and collect deferrals and post disbursement documents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure only Direct sourcing from authorised dealers and empanelled channels - no third party sourcing, includes employees of other banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage relationship with dealers, Commercial Associates, referrals and other sourcing channels to generate business volumes through these channels.
  • Ensure Asset verification and Non starter-Early default cases and build relationships
  • Ensure timely servicing of customer service requests

Additional Responsibilities:

  • 1. No false commitments in the market place/ Misselling strictly not allowed 2. No cash transactions without official reciepts3. share all relevant information with seniors promptly.4. To understand the core of the bank's business philosophy and methodology5. Explain terms and conditions to the customer with full transparency and clarity6. Provide timely feedback on customers to the channels

Required work experience

  • Industry: BFSI
  • Role: Sales Executive, Sales Officer, Customer Service Executive/Officer, Relationship Executive/Officer

Key Performance Indicators: Business Volume, Average Ticket size, Boarding rate

Required Competencies: 1. Required Knowledge: 1. Knowledge of documents pertaining to vehicle sale / purchase2. Aptitude for sales marketing - lead generating activities3. Persistence and patience in dealing with clients 4. Target Market Knowledge - Local Area geography familiarity5. Familiarity with Digital applications6. Detailed data collection/recording

Required Skills: 1. Professional Communication - Regional language proficiency, verbal and written fluency, soft-spoken2. Relationship Management - Client-Centric Approach, respectful3. Sales Forecasting Reporting

Required abilities

  • Physical: 1. Physical fitness2. Mental agility3. Ability to do extensive field travel/work4. Ability to handle work pressure and demanding clients

Work Environment Details: 90% - Field, 10% - Office
