Candidate Profile
Experience : 7+ years in wealth management or related roles, including team management experience.
Qualifications : Bachelors degree (Finance/Economics preferred); advanced certifications like CFP/CFA Level 2 or 3 (preferred).
 
Role Summary
The Senior Relationship Manager oversees client portfolios and team performance, ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial guidance while driving business growth. This role involves managing high-value clients, mentoring Junior and Trainee RMs, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management
    • Act as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized financial solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth financial planning and asset allocation aligned with clients' long-term goals.
    • Address complex client scenarios, including market downturns and challenging situations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and guide Junior and Trainee RMs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
    • Ensure team adherence to Scripboxs standards of reliability, credibility, and client intimacy.
    • Provide feedback and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
  • Business Growth Strategy
    • Drive growth in Net AUA by increasing SOW with existing clients and acquiring referrals.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
    • Represent Scripbox at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client gatherings.
