Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to lead wealth management client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver tailored investment solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, deep financial expertise, and the ability to provide end-to-end advisory services while managing a high-performing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new HNI and UHNI clients through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships by offering personalized financial planning and investment advice.
  • Collaborate with Research and Advisory teams to design customized investment portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Track market trends and identify new investment opportunities for clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, product penetration, and increased relationship value.
  • Conduct client risk profiling and align investment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience through proactive service and portfolio monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate sales and performance reports and track progress toward business targets.
  • Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of wealth management products and financial instruments.
  • Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to interpret market data and investment trends to make informed recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining client trust.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification from a premier institute.
  • 818 years of experience in Wealth Management or Investment Advisory.
  • Proven track record in managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
  • Relevant certifications in financial advisory or investment products preferred.
