Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President – Employee Health & Benefits (Wellness)


We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with customers to design their organizational health risk management and wellness
  • programs
  • Prepare implementation plans, define the roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate
  • health management vendors
  • Design and plan every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including
  • employee communication
  • Supervise the launch of the health risk management programs
  • Supervise operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or
  • vendors, as necessary
  • Lead and manage multiple HRM / H&W consulting client engagements
  • Develop a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely & right
  • advices and efficient, quality execution of projects
  • Work with the general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients
  • Support overall client relationship building and management, besides leading the health risk management consulting and health risk management programs
  • Work with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell projects and services to current clients
  • Health risk analysis and management consulting
  • Manage assigned health risk management/ H&W consulting projects
  • Responsible for structuring customer proposal and consulting report formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projects
  • Set up data analysis structure and methodology and/or undertake organizational health risk data analysis of an organization
  • Responsible for presenting health risk management consulting project proposals to clients and support the business development staff / general consultants in negotiation and acquisition of the projects
  • Build the internal knowledge bank on health risk analysis and management
  • Contribute to the development of new value proposition, products, tools and approaches
  • Health Management vendor negotiation and selection
  • Identify potential health management vendors for various programs
  • Create an internal review structure for evaluating health management vendors in the market
  • Evaluate health management vendors for various health management programs, negotiate with them, and finalize T&C with selected vendors
  • Collaborate with selected vendors to create customized health management programs for specific clients
  • Collaborate with health management vendors to create “owned” health management programs
  • Supervise and monitor performance of health management vendors
  • Create annual process for reviewing performance of health management vendors and make appropriate changes in the selected list of vendors


What you need to have:


Educational Background

  • MBA from a reputed B - School.
  • 5+ years of Proven working experience in General insurance industry.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Domain Knowledge necessary, specially aviation, aerospace and reinsurance.
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines is an added plus


Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
