Senior Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles (Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing, HR).
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  
• Source talent through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and campus hiring.
  
• Screen and evaluate candidates profiles to match role requirements.
  
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds.
  
• Drive bulk/mass hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely closures of positions.
  
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  
• Mentor and support junior recruiters in achieving their targets.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  
• 3–6 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced service industries.
  
• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.
  
• Experience in volume hiring will be an added advantage.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple positions across departments under tight timelines.
