Designation : Sr. Manager Job Location : Kundli, Sonipat Reporting To : Senior Management Job Role: Responsible for manage the administrative tasks that involve employee compensation, benefits, education and motivation. Person should perform the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records. Required Skills: 1.Excellent client and employee-interfacing skills. 2. In Depth Knowledge of IR, HR & Legal Compliances. 3. Good Communication Skill (Verbal & Written) 4. In Depth Knowledge of Embedded software. 5. Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & IATF 16949. 6. Knowledge of corrective action approach. 7. Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle management with Policy implementation, Recrutiment process, Payroll management & Training devlopment Process handling. 8. Proficiency in Computer software like Ms Excel, Word, PPT, Email sending etc. 9. Ability to interact successfully across cultures and persuasion skills Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. 10. Being performance-driven and focused on results. 11. Ability to self-motivate and motivate others. Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualizing & implementing HR Procedures & Policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organisation. 2. Ensure smooth operation at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing and modifying the policies & procedures; exercising control over factory canteen/ mess system/ factory vehicles, etc. 3. Partnering with the business leadership team to help build and implement effective people strategies to manage and control attrition, employee engagement and performance driven culture. 4. Driving prompt resolution of employees queries, grievances, concerns, issues, emergency situations, etc. 5. Communicating clearly and persuasively among other functions, superiors & subordinates, through review, meetings, emails, calls. 6. Cooperate and coordinate with other functions for daily man power requirement, salary and reimbursement 7. Follow the right recruitment process, screening of suitable candidates to close vacancy on time, and take it forward for next level 8. Updating salary grid as per market standard, so as to estimate correct manpower budgeting 9. Building healthy work culture in company in order to lower the attrition rate 10. Ensure all statutory compliances are met within timelines 11. Ensure all records are maintained 12. Regular update of Registers as per Factories and other applicable acts, policies, procedures, JDs etc. 13. Maintain employee record (old and new both) 14. Follow up with superiors for timely completion of self appraisal, review, PMS 15. Must execute the Employee Joining to Exit all activity with Life cycle monitoring for all employees. 16. Prepare the employee engagement calendar and execute the same as per calendar 17. Awareness among employees for SOP, policies, rules and regulations by display, training with 5's and safety improvements in overall organization. Education: MBA/PG/Diploma from HR/IR is desired.
