Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Identification
:

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Job Posting & Advertising
:

Write clear, compelling job descriptions and post them across various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Manage and update the companys career page to reflect current job openings.

Screening & Interviewing
:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Advise and guide managers on effective recruitment strategies and interview techniques.
