Key Responsibilities:Handle complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Source talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports. Build strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Coordinate interviews, negotiations, and offer management. Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain documentation. Skills & Competencies:Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet deadlines. Qualification & Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field. 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition (multi-location or high-volume hiring preferred).
