Senior Recruitment Specialist

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Perch Technologies Private Limited, located in Andheri East-Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include handling end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment by developing customized strategies and drafting innovative job descriptions. Additionally, you will be responsible for operations activities such as documentation in the HRMS portal throughout the employee life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. - Develop customized recruitment strategies and draft innovative job descriptions. - Handle operations activities like documentation (upload & filing) in HRMS portal during the entire employee life cycle. - Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals. - Source, screen, and shortlist resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and facilitate face-to-face interviews. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Track applicant progress, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Follow up with hiring managers for decisions and update feedback on ATS. - Update candidates on the hiring process and the status of their application. - Perform background and reference checks of selected candidates. - Maintain hardcopies of all employee documents from an HR audit standpoint. - Collaborate within the HR Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. - Conduct Campus Placement Drives. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized university. - HRMS hands-on experience will be an added advantage. - Strong negotiation and networking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. - Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.,
