Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, leadership, and volume hiring mandates, especially for mid-to-senior level roles.
• Extensive experience in headhunting, market mapping, and consultative hiring approaches.
• Collaborate closely with business teams and hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with Taggd processes, ethics, and client guidelines during every step of the hiring cycle.
Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, leadership hiring, and bulk/volume hiring
• Prior experience in consulting/recruitment agency background is mandatory
• Proven ability to independently manage diverse roles across functions and industries
