Job Description

Role: Recruiter (RPO) 6 Days Working

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver on recruitment targets.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple non-IT roles.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (mid–senior level, global).
Create and post job ads across social media and job portals.
Use multiple sourcing channels and innovative hiring strategies.
Screen, interview, qualify, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the internal ATS.
Track interview progress and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (Non-IT mandatory).
Strong stakeholder management.
Expertise in job portals, professional networks, Boolean searches.
Experience hiring niche or hard-to-find talent.
High target orientation and positive work attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and ATS/database management.
