Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. 2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical, functional, and cultural fit. Evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and eligibility for specific roles. 3. Client and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, business needs, and workforce planning strategies. Provide expert consultation on recruitment strategies and market trends. 4. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and company procedures. 5. Market Research and Industry Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Provide market intelligence reports to support business development and recruitment strategy. 6. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports to measure recruitment success and optimize strategies. 7. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Promote diverse hiring practices and ensure fair representation in hiring processes.
