Senior Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Works with business and hiring managers to get a comprehensive understanding of vacancy and candidate requirements
• Using all available channels, invites, screens, interviews and shortlist applicants in alignment with company values, recruiting strategies, legislative regulatory requirements.
• Communicates and coordinates with candidates the job requirements responsibilities, company culture, working conditions and makes a positive impression about Primove
• Arranges, coordinates interviews and travel logistics etc for selected applicants; partners with internal HR teams to ensure hiring process runs smoothly.
• Within the governance matrix and process, shortlist candidates, negotiate right level compensation and extend offers to selected candidates and maintain required documentation.
• Maintains / updates and publishes dashboards to track open positions, candidate diversity, cycle time and highlights areas needing attention in consultation with HR Manager

Partners with HR service providers / suppliers and outsourced vendors and make sure that the quality, accuracy and timeliness of good / services received is as expected and is up to the mark.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 12 years experience in mass scale as well as niche hiring. Experience in Engineering Consulting / Infrastructure industry hiring is preferred but not essential.
• Sound exposure to hiring tools/ technologies, portals and social media
• User level exposure / implementation of HRIS operations / ATS recruiting automation

Experience in coordination with multiple stakeholders

• MS Excel, Data analytics tools in excel
• Good understanding of Compensation ranges / benefit programmes of relevant markets
