Senior Recruiter - Leadership Hiring

As a Senior Recruiter specializing in Leadership Hiring at Lowes India, you will be a key player in the process of attracting and engaging top senior talent for the organization. You will work within a specialized function of the Talent Acquisition team, dedicated to hiring for leadership roles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business & HR stakeholders to implement impactful hiring strategies. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Executive Hiring Leader to fill mission-critical roles and independently driving success in leadership hiring. You will be responsible for building and maintaining an active talent pipeline for leadership positions, ensuring a consistent influx of high-potential candidates. Additionally, you will design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent through methods such as market research, headhunting, referrals, and networking. Conducting initial assessments and screenings will be part of your role to evaluate candidates" leadership competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with Lowes" business strategy. You will also collaborate with hiring leaders to facilitate a smooth interview and selection process, providing timely feedback and guidance. Furthermore, you will manage offer negotiations in collaboration with HR and Compensation teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your role will also involve executing strategies for proactive engagement with senior talent, particularly for critical and niche roles. You will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and driving talent programs aimed at senior talent in collaboration with TA Leadership and Communications teams. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent movements to provide valuable market intelligence and insights to hiring leaders. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive hiring leaders, you will provide regular updates and anticipate potential bottlenecks. Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a superior candidate experience that aligns with Lowes" values and culture will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will regularly track and report hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will leverage Lowes" applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and processes. Contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions within the TA team will be necessary to continuously enhance leadership hiring capabilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of direct delivery experience in senior-level talent acquisition gained through the executive search industry and/or in-house executive TA roles in a complex, highly matrixed multinational corporate environment. Executive recruiting experience in a global in-house executive search team or a top executive search firm, strong research skills, and a results-oriented mindset are also required.
