Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sourcing profiles through job portals, social media platform, headhunting and references Telecalling to get the right profiles for the positions alloted. Coordinating with the clients / Stakeholders for the feedbacks, interview schedules and follow -ups End to end coordination with the candidates until joining if selected. Salary negotiation with the candidates Maintaining daily MIS reports Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1+ years of experience in Recruitment. Proficient in communication. Written and Verbal Experience in sourcing profiles from multiple jobs portals and social media platforms Good in head hunting Should be able to take preliminary interview with the candidates based on the JD provided. Should be able to deal with the stakeholders and clients for feedbacks and interview schedules Experience in salary negotiation with the candidates. Experience in make JD's for positions after discussion with the client
