With four properties in India- Alibaug, Karjat, Pawna & Jibhi (Himachal Pradesh) the company has established its presence in the most popular tourist locations and plans to reach 10 glamping locations by 2025 Designation: Sales Executive Location: Remote ( Bangalore) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team in promoting and selling travel packages, services, and solutions to new customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets through proactive outreach and client engagement. We are looking to build a team under the candidate in the future Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and campaigns focused on acquiring new clients. Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other lead generation tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound efforts with promotional campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Requirements: -Minimum of 1 year experience in inbound sales or customer service. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
