Senior React Native Developer

Job Title: Team Lead – React Native Company: The Interns Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience Required: 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Salary: Up to ₹13 LPA Job Summary: The Interns is looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead – React Native to lead our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, managing a team of developers, and delivering projects on time. This is a leadership role that combines technical excellence with people management. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers. Set goals, review code, and provide technical guidance. Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery. Build a strong engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering and progress updates. Remove technical blockers and promote best practices. Technical Contribution: Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with designers to ensure high-quality UI/UX implementation. Integrate applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Optimize app performance and handle memory management. Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and tools. Requirements:Must-Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app development. At least 3 years of experience with React Native. 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 5+ developers. Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native architecture (Hooks, Redux/MobX, Context API). Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing. Solid understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and memory management. Hands-on experience with publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play. Good to Have: Familiarity with native development (Swift/Kotlin). Experience using design tools like Figma, Zeplin, or Sketch. Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BCA, or MCA.
