Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate is a master of the React ecosystem, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for architecting complex frontend solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new user-facing features using React.js and its core principles.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. Set and enforce coding standards through rigorous code reviews.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure our applications are fast and responsive.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
• Technical Leadership: Drive architectural decisions for the frontend codebase. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, libraries, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Backend) to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing: Implement and maintain robust unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a heavy emphasis on frontend technologies.
• React Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of React.js, its ecosystem, and modern workflows (e.g., Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand/Jotai).
• Core Technologies: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including pre-processors like SASS/LESS).
• API Integration: Proven experience consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Build Tools: Strong experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Testing: Demonstrable experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Version Control: Mastery of Git and common Git workflows.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for an on-site collaborative environment.
• Work Ethic: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹547,878.38 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
