Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in requirement analysis and review user stories to understand project requirements.
2. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project specifications.
3. Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.
4. Identify, record, and track bugs and defects using bug tracking systems.
5. Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved.
6. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
7. Document test results and create test reports for project stakeholders.
8. Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing environments.
9. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to software testing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow test plans and procedures.
4. Good understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
5. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
6. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
7. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
9. Prior experience in software testing or quality assurance is a plus but not required.
