Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, implementing quality standards, conducting audits and inspections, and managing quality control teams. The role includes developing and reviewing quality documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and related auditing processes
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the water treatment industry
Proven track record in managing quality assurance teams and conducting inspections
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus
