Job Summary

Membrane Group India Pvt. Ltd. is a niche players in the water and waste water Industry for last 30 years. We have recently setup the most modern and expansive manufacturing plant in MET CITY , Jhajjar . We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Quality Head with 15–20 years of progressive experience, primarily in a plant manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the Plant Head , this strategic leadership role will oversee the plant’s quality management system, ensuring process compliance, product excellence, and continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Quality Leadership

Design and execute a plant-wide quality strategy aligned with company goals

Define and drive quality policies, procedures, and KPIs

Foster a strong quality culture across all production and operational teams

🔹 Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS per standards like ISO- 9001, ISO-14001 , ASME etc.

Lead internal/external audits, CAPA processes, and documentation control

🔹 Product & Process Quality Assurance

Oversee in-process and final product quality controls using SPC, testing, and inspections

Drive root cause analysis for deviations and complaints

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality in design and execution

Lead supplier quality initiatives: audits, assessments, and performance reviews

🔹 Continuous Improvement

Promote Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 8D methodologies

Lead initiatives to reduce defects, optimize processes, and improve efficiency

Deliver measurable improvements in product performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred)

15–20 years (with 10+ years in a leadership role) in Quality Management with NDT level II/III certifications,

Proven experience in manufacturing, water treatment, utilities, or industrial plants

Preferred: Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/IATF 16949)

Core Competencies :

Hands-on with tools like RCCM, LEAN , 5 Whys etc

Familiarity with techniques like dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and material testing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Capable of driving performance and fostering a culture of quality excellence
