Job Description

A Sr. QA Engineer is responsible for end-to-end testing flows, develop robust automation scripts, and ensure superior product quality through advanced testing strategies and stakeholder collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Test Design & Execution : Leads test case design and reviews, handles complex scenarios.
Bug Reporting & Tracking : Reviews bug reports, ensures quality and priority.
Requirement Analysis : Drives requirement analysis discussions.
Automation Testing : Mandatory - Advanced scripting and framework exposure.
Test Planning & Strategy : Leads planning for features/modules.
Communication & Collaboration : Cross-functional communication including PM/DevOps.
Mentoring & Leadership : Mentors juniors and peers.
Tool Expertise : Expertise in tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Git.
Development/Deployment Process : Actively involved in prevention, validation, and risk mitigation during deployments.
Client/Stakeholder Interaction : Regular updates and reporting.
Ownership & Accountability : Owns features/end-to-end flows.

Requirements & Skills

4-7 years of QA experience.
Advanced automation skills and test strategy design.
Strong leadership in quality processes.
Minimum 1 year of automation testing experience.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard QA tools.
