Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and designers for requirement analysis.
• Log and track defects using QA tools.
• Optimize automation suites for performance and coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning and QA strategy improvements.
  

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Understanding of SQL and debugging tools.

• Ability to convert business workflows into detailed test scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile

• 4+ years of QA experience with strong Selenium automation.
• Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Exposure to B2C or large-scale applications.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, and Agile QA practices.
