Job Description

Responsibilities : Work closely with Product Managers, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand the design and requirements to develop a Test plan and automation. Develop exentesive test plans and cases for Cloud AI infrastructure integration and validate critical scenarios to achieve exceptational Quality. Identify, document, and track the defects. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues. Prepare and configure test environments, including software installations and configurations if required. Conduct exploratory testing to find defects that might not be covered by test cases. Work closely with SRE to support the Production deployemnt of application releases. Troubleshoot the customer escalations, attend customer calls and take the issues to closure when required. Adherence to Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to quality assurance and testing best practices. Keep up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, tools, and industry trends. Should be highly motivated and go getter. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 4+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products. Strong QA mentality and attitude to identify critical business scenarios and customer impact. Must have experience on any public or private Cloud platform. Knowledge of AI fundamentals and AI models and tools along with ML is big plus. Certification of AWS, Azure and GCP any of the Cloud is a big plus. Hands on experience testing microservice based applications, Kubernetes, and CICD pipeline as well as working with build management tools like Git, Bamboo, Jenkins. Hands on experience on Linux is must. Good to have experience on Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB. Hands on experience of functional UI and API automation of SaaS application. Experience in the Cyber Security domain is an advantage. Show more Show less
