Senior Python Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling our core platform using React (frontend), Django (backend), and PostgreSQL (database). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, ensure best practices, and play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipOwn architecture and design decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.Define coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.Mentor and guide a team of developers.Full-Stack DevelopmentBuild responsive, user-friendly frontends with React.Develop robust backend services and APIs using Django/DRF.Design and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.System Architecture & ScalabilityEnsure applications are cloud-ready and optimized for scale.Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployment strategies.Integrate third-party APIs, AI modules, and data pipelines as needed.Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features.Translate business needs into technical solutions.Participate in strategic planning of product roadmap and infrastructure.Required Qualifications5–8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.Strong expertise in React.js, Django/Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL.Proven experience designing scalable system architectures.Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Strong grasp of API design, authentication, and security best practices.Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes preferred.Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in healthcare, telemedicine, or AI-driven applications.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Familiarity with mobile development (React Native or Flutter).Understanding of HIPAA/GDPR compliance and data security.
