Endorize is a community-focused outpatient clinic located in Anna Nagar, Chennai. We aim to deliver trustworthy, child-friendly, and compassionate healthcare services to families through personalized pediatric care.
We are looking for a qualified Pediatrician (MBBS + MD Pediatrics) to join us on a part-time, revenue-sharing basis to serve the growing pediatric population in the area. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient consultations for children aged 0–16 yearsDiagnose and treat common pediatric conditions, infections, allergies, and developmental issuesOffer vaccination services, monitor growth milestones, and counsel parents on nutrition and child careMaintain detailed patient records and follow-up protocolsBe available for consultation during fixed clinic hours (morning/evening)QualificationsMBBS + MD in Pediatrics (or DCH – Diploma in Child Health)Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council or NMC registrationMinimum 3–5 years of pediatric outpatient experience preferredGood communication skills and a child-friendly demeanorCommitted to delivering ethical and high-quality careCompensationRevenue Share Basis: Share of consultation fees (20–30%)Flexible working hours (2–4 hours/day, 5–6 days/week)Scope for long-term collaboration and increased earnings as patient volume growsClinic EnvironmentComfortable and modern consultation roomFriendly support staff (receptionist + nurse/attendant)Vaccination storage supportClean, family-friendly environment with proper amenities
