What You’ll Do

• Build Scalable Systems

  : Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).

• Agentic AI Integration

  : Architect and integrate backend services to support intelligent, autonomous agents and workflows.

• Cloud Infrastructure

  : Manage deployments and infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

• Ensure Quality

  : Write clean, testable code and lead code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate

  : Work with global teams across product, frontend, and AI/ML to deliver features that power real-world automation.

• Mentor

  : Guide junior developers and contribute to building a knowledge-driven engineering culture.

Must-Have Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python
• Hands-on with

  FastAPI

  ,

  Flask

  , or

  Django

• Proven experience building or integrating Agentic AI systems

  (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-step AI workflows, LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
• Strong experience with

  AWS

  ,

  GraphQL

  , and

  PostgreSQL

• Deep understanding of performance optimization, security, and software testing best practices.

Technical Skill Set

• Frameworks

  : FastAPI, Flask, Django, GraphQL

• Agentic AI Tools

  : LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, etc.

• Databases

  : PostgreSQL (advanced), NoSQL (optional)

• Cloud

  : AWS – EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3

• Infrastructure Tools

  : Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog)

• DevOps
