Role Description

The Senior Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement processes, identifying and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining inventory levels. The role involves supplier evaluation, vendor management, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and vendor management skills, with expertise in supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient purchasing and resource allocation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Experience with purchasing tools, software, and processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and industry-specific procurement practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in IT, healthcare, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
