Job Description

Experience : 2+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Design and propose suitable Network & Security solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POC).
  • Collaborate with OEMs and distributors for solution validation and updated technology inputs.
  • Assist sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise during client discussions.
  • Stay updated on latest technologies, products, and industry trends in Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, etc.) and Security (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor analysis to position solutions effectively.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Consulting in the Network & Security domain.
  • Hands-on knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, endpoint security, SD-WAN, wireless networks, and cloud security solutions.
  • Vendor certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, Sophos, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Presales experience is a must.
