Senior Purchase Executive

Alliance City Developers Realtors is looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive with a strong background in procurement for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete purchase cycle, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle procurement of all construction and finishing materials required for real estate projects.

·       Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

·       Negotiate contracts and rates to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

·       Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and maintain accurate procurement records.

·       Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure material delivery as per project timelines.

·       Monitor inventory levels and maintain material flow to avoid delays in execution.

·       Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

·       Conduct market analysis and stay updated with latest material trends and price fluctuations.

·       Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

·       Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

·       Experience: Minimum 15 years in procurement/purchase with a reputed real estate developer firm.

·       Strong knowledge of building materials, finishing items, vendors, and suppliers.

·       Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

·       Ability to handle high-value contracts and multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP or similar procurement software.
