Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

Develop, review, and approve integrated baseline schedules (L1–L4) for utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar).

Establish work breakdown structures (WBS), critical path, and milestone definitions aligned with contract requirements.

Ensure engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are fully integrated in master schedules.

Drive uniform planning standards, templates, and methodologies across all projects.

Monitor and control project progress against baseline schedules, analyze variances, and highlight deviations.

Generate dashboards, S-curves, manpower/equipment histograms, and earned value reports (EVM).

Lead weekly/monthly management reporting and support client review meetings with detailed schedule insights.

Develop recovery/mitigation schedules to address delays and disruptions.

Oversee resource planning, manpower deployment forecasts, and equipment utilization strategies.

Support project cash flow forecasts linked to billing milestones.

Track procurement delivery schedules and vendor commitments.

Assist in cost impact analysis of schedule changes and delay claims.

Identify and evaluate schedule-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Conduct delay analysis (prospective/retrospective) to support Extension of Time (EOT) and claims.

Collaborate with legal and contracts teams for documentation of delay events.

Mentor and guide project planners at site and corporate levels.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, safety, and construction teams for seamless schedule integration.

Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on planning and progress matters.

Approved baseline schedules and regular updates.

Weekly and monthly project progress reports with EVM, histograms, and forecasts

Standardized planning procedures and reporting formats across projects

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical

10–15 years’ experience in project planning & controls in EPC/IPP renewable energy projects.
