Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager, located on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expediting projects, managing logistics, and ensuring inspections are completed on time. Daily tasks include planning and coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Project Management Expertise Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Planning & Scheduling Skilled in creating detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and realistic timelines.
• Risk & Issue Management Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations effectively.
• Retail & Supply Chain Domain Knowledge Understanding of retail operations, supply chain, logistics, and technology-driven improvements.
• Stakeholder Management Proven ability to engage and align business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and operations stakeholders.
• Change Management Expertise in handling changes to scope, timelines, and deliverables with minimal business disruption.
• Communication & Reporting Strong written and verbal communication, with experience preparing executive dashboards and reports.
• Leadership & Team Management Capability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate members, and resolve conflicts.
• Tools & Technology Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Execution in Fast-paced Environments Track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and at scale.
