Oversee the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
Drive digital solution design, focusing on marketing technologies and omni-channel customer journeys.
Implement project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, VSTS, MS Project) for efficient delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Maintain strong client relationships, addressing issues and negotiating solutions for project success.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
16+ years of experience in the IT services industry, with expertise in project delivery and support.
Strong knowledge of marketing technology solutions (e.g., Loyalty, CRM, Digital Content Management).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, SharePoint).
Familiarity with technologies like Adobe, Unica, Informatica, Python, AWS, and analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
