About the Role

The role involves complete ownership of project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead project execution across multiple sites while managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and progress updates.
• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams – engineers, project managers, procurement, and site teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operations.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
• Support contract negotiations, vendor management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Engineering

  (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).

• 8–15 years

  of experience in

  EPC project management role.

• Experience in

  Pharma, Biotech, or Chemical projects

  is essential.

• PMP certification

  is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
