Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead the delivery of mobile and connected platform projects in a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams , driving Agile execution , and delivering complex solutions that span mobile apps, backend services, and IoT integrations . Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a delivery-focused mindset are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of project delivery , from kick-off to release, across mobile and IoT initiatives. Plan, track, and manage project timelines, scope, resource allocation, risks, and milestones. Facilitate Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Business Stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers. Maintain clear project documentation , dashboards, and communication to ensure stakeholder visibility. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality, scope, and budget. Coordinate with external vendors, QA, UX, DevOps, and customer teams as needed. Support pre-sales and proposal processes where project estimation or planning is required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in IT project management , with at least 5+ years in mobile app or IoT projects . Strong experience in managing cross-functional agile teams (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with BLE, MQTT, or connected mobility ecosystems is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zoho Projects, Azure DevOps). Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and CI/CD practices. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Exposure to Azure cloud services , mobile analytics, and release management. Experience in automotive or mobility domains is an added advantage. Understanding of DevOps , security, and performance tuning for mobile platforms.
