As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of projects and related tasks. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed planning steps, managing the budget, and identifying necessary resources for each project. Your exceptional organizational skills will be essential in managing all project aspects simultaneously, including issues, risks, and change requests to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and be accountable for project management plans and resourcing strategies. - Create and maintain the overall project plan and Gantt Chart, monitoring performance against key milestones and providing regular reports to the Project Steering Committee. - Schedule project deliverables and manage interdependencies between projects. - Establish risk, issues, and decision registers to address emerging issues and mitigate potential outcomes. - Report project delivery performance and ensure key milestones are met. - Track project expenditure, prepare spending forecasts, and provide expenditure reports to the Project Steering Committee. - Ensure long-term program visibility and collaborate with the Change Manager on communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders. - Work with the Change Manager to implement Training Programs supporting system, process, and practice changes. - Provide project inputs to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Contract Management teams. Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of overall experience. - Ability to collaborate professionally towards achieving common goals. - Proven experience in customer service and stakeholder management. - Expertise in developing, managing, and implementing performance reporting processes and enhancing business operations. - Ability to assess risks, analyze issues, and propose solutions for cost-effective business outcomes. - Proficiency in project management processes and methodologies. Skills: - Demonstrated project management skills in handling complex projects. - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively, influence stakeholders, and excel in business writing and reporting. - Capability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, adapt to changing conditions, and tasks. - Effective change management skills, including accountability and collegial work approach. - Proficient in various software applications and computer literacy. - Experience in Scrum methodology would be advantageous.
