Senior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Complete P&L responsibility of the project division
• Full responsibility of timely executing & successful delivery of projects
• Leading & guiding all departments under projects
• Attending technical & commercial meetings.
• Vendor management for project division.
• Attending periodic meetings with customer to keep project on track.
• The person shall be a principal interface between customer & organization during life cycle phase.
• Periodic input to MIS for management for swift decision making & forecasting
• Flagging of bottle necks for timely course correction
• Being a torch bearer for elevating safety standards of site execution time.
• Efficient planning of 3M Man, machine, material.

Preferred candidate profile

• Communication & Networking ability with key stake holders.
• Excellent Communication in English Verbal & written
• Interpersonal Skills are mandatory
• Well versed with working under PERTS CPM methodology
• Excellent skills in MS office-based tools.
• Punctual, Quick learner, ability to work in multiethnic environment
• Excellent team player and catalyst for team building
• Awareness of current labor codes is preferrable
• Awareness of Compliances related to labor, taxation & transportation is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of various insurances related to project execution is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and hands on for related documentation is a must.
• Complimenting sales team in securing O&M, AMC, other extensions of project post sales cycle.
