Job Description

Role Overview: As the go-to MEP/CIVIL person, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to mechanical, engineering, and plumbing. This includes planning, designing, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Your main task will be to understand, collect, and deliver clients" MEP/CIVIL requirements. The design manager will rely on you for scheduling, planning, value engineering, and design change management. In addition, you will assist the contract manager in procurement and VO management and support the construction manager in installation, site inspection, and contractor management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all activities related to mechanical, engineering, and plumbing - Understand and deliver clients" MEP/CIVIL requirements - Assist in scheduling, planning, value engineering, and design change management - Support procurement and VO management - Assist in installation, site inspection, and contractor management Qualifications Required: - Degree in MEP/CIVIL engineering or related field - Five years of combined educational and work experience - Experience in construction site management - Strong understanding of development management, financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation, etc. - Knowledge of HVAC, electrical engineering, BMS, security system, AV system, and IT system Additional Company Details: The company focuses on developing high-performing teams to drive successful project execution and aims to promote its reputation throughout projects while pursuing more opportunities.
