We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, delivering high-quality technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and maintaining robust networking environments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically sound, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Technical Support Provide advanced-level technical support to internal users across hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. Maintain documentation of support processes, incident logs, and knowledge bases. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures. 2. IT Operations Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, storage, backup, and security systems. Oversee and manage patch management, software updates, and system upgrades. Ensure IT compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security standards. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and procurement of IT assets. 3. Networking Maintain, monitor, and optimize the organizations LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructure. Configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices. Ensure network security by enforcing policies and managing access controls. Conduct periodic assessments of network performance and implement improvements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4-7 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles. Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies. Experience with networking protocols, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus. Key Skills Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: # 1.
